Welcome to WF! AnakoAlbert
In the event the MediaCreation tool downloaded from Microsoft fails for some reason one other 3rd party option I can add here would the UltraISO app which is free. For those still only now looking to upgrade to 10 but still hardly anyone now note XP, Vista both no longer supported by MS or 7, 8, or 8.1 where the latest version seen would be preferred the older version for those running XP, Vista, or 7 would be found at: http://getintopc.com/softwares/utilities/ultraiso-free-download/
For the latest version as well as the software's home page recommended you would go to: https://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/
For those not looking to see a full clean install but an upgrade from either a previous version or perhaps not having seen the Redstone ! first year's anniversary update for Windows 10 go you could also mount the iso file or update you download manually by mounting the iso file with a simple right click on the file itself. https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/mount-an-iso-image-in-windows-vista/
This option is also something considered often by those who have signed up for the Windows Insider Preview program and frequently change from one preview build to the next. The Preview builds serve to allow people to see what will or could be seen in the next update as well as try 10 out and offer feedback which MS gathers up. Often that can include reports on bugs so MS can come up with patches to correct things before the final version of the next update to come is released.
