When not signed in however you will only see two items in the list. What does that tell you? The new there is an option for all "members" not for simply those passing by.

I would go through the preferences and tools in Opera but I suspect you likely saw an incomplete or bad install of the browser unless you made some changes in settings. I can boot 98 on Virtual Box and still see the choices for all themes there with what IE 5.0.

I have the current flash players, java.
Is it just me or do other members besides management have this problem?
Right now it seems like you guys are the only ones who have the extra themes.
How can you tell if I'm the only one? I feel left out
I find it a bit odd too.

And even without being logged in having just fired up the XP Mode for that on the second sata drive's 64bit 7 installation there I still see the new theme applied.

So far you are the only one not seeing the new theme itself. Once I am logged in on the XP Mode the options are then available suggesting you may have something set wrong.

The only way to know for sure however would be to ask around to see if anyone else is running into any similar problem. You may have to wake a few people up however!

Nope and I just did another clean install of Vista and Firefox, no tweaks, no add-ons and still only see the 2 choices, so I really think it's not me or my machine.
Right now I'm on my wife's laptop using Firefox and MSN and still only 2 choices.

Now, I am unable to view the "Overall Top Posters", states "Error, You don't have permission to view the member listings"
I also can not view my own profile.
What's going on guys

It must be a permissions issue.
Everything I bolded above is happening to me too.

Now look on the right side directly across from where it says "View the latest news" for a small "X" right under the search box! Notice where the arrow is pointing in the image here. The dropdown for themes however is working normally here. I'm waiting to hear from some others people we know to see if they are running into this at all.

Once the "members online" came back the column for new topics and top posted were simply closed up where clicking on the same X restored the split screen view rather then just seeing the main index stretched all the way across the screen.
I think that's where you both need to look.
